Slit lamp biomicroscopy revealed conjunctival hyperemia, diffuse punctuate epithelial erosion and subepithelial opacity on his corneas. Other ocular examination such as direct ophthalmoscopeand corneal topography was normal. Results: He was treated under diagnosis of chemical keratitis with preservative-free artificial tears and gel-type lubricant eyedrops. After 1 month, the conjunctival injection and corneal erosion were improved gradually.
