Prescriptions of Contact Lenses for the Patients with Keratoectasia after Refractive Surgery

Abstract
Among management options of keratoectasia after refractive surgery, Prescriptions of contact lenses such as soft contact lenses, rigid gas permeable lenses and scleral lenses are conservative, safe, economical and effective. Although wearing contact lenses itself is inconvenient and contact lenses have some disadvantages, contact lens fitting is very important role in correction of keratoectasia and visual results of it can be told without any invasive methods. Author describes methods of prescriptions of various contact lenses.
