Author’s checklist
□ Title (not more than English 15 words or Korean 15 words)
□ Author name & affiliations: full name, department, institution, city, country
□ Corresponding author: name, address, phone, fax, email
□ The source of any support received
□ Structured abstract not more than 300 English words
□ Keywords: less than 5 words with capitalized the first letter of each word
□ Double-spacing A4 paper
□ 2.5 cm margins
□ Running title & page numbers
□ References: vancouver English style
□ Table heading & table on a new page
□ Figures size: 7.5 cm or 15 cm in width on a new page
□ Figure: JPG, TIFF or PSD format with 5 million pixels (300~1,200 dpi)
□ The preferred electronic format for text is Microsoft Word
□ Use International Systems of Units (SI) symbols
□ Writing IRB approval number (if an IRB approved the study)
□ Use the ophthalmologic terminology in “English-Korean, Korean-English Ophthalmologic Terminology”
